Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Elly Blanco-Rowe Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and professional services. Because our offerings include digital downloads and scheduled consulting time, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consultants.

Services and Digital Products

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital Downloads: Once a digital product or educational resource has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Consulting Services: Payments for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Purchased gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Refunds

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Consulting Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at elly@ellyblancorowe.com.

Exchanges

We only “exchange” services by rescheduling sessions. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
