Dr. Elly

I help math leaders build systems that actually move student learning, especially for scholars who’ve been underestimated in math.

If you’re done with surface-level PD that fades by Friday, and you’re serious about shifting your school’s math culture in a way that lasts, you’re in the right place.

Get Started

Here’s the Thing…

You already know what isn’t working.

One-off workshops don’t change instruction. Families want to support their children, but aren’t given clarity. And math programs that claim to work for all students often leave the most vulnerable behind.

Lasting change requires leadership. Not another rollout. Not another initiative. Leadership that aligns vision, systems, and daily practice.

I partner with math coaches, instructional leaders, and districts who are ready to lead differently. Together, we build structures that support teachers, center scholars, and make expectations clear.

Here’s what matters: our work produces movement you can see. Your time is valuable. What we build together translates into actionable next steps, stronger coaching conversations, and instructional shifts that begin immediately. No abstract theory. No waiting for impact. Just practical systems that work in real classrooms.

What I Do

For Math Leaders and Coaches

You’re responsible for improving instruction across classrooms, not just one.

I help you build coaching systems that create clarity, consistency, and measurable growth. Together, we strengthen feedback cycles, align instruction to standards, and turn data conversations into action.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about designing structures that support teachers, protect your time, and move scholar learning forward.

The result? Stronger instruction. More confident teachers. Clearer leadership.

“Every child is born curious, capable, and complete. When we teach through their stories instead of over them, education becomes what it should be, a mirror, not a window.”

– Dr.  Elly

What Drives Me:

I’ve been the student who was told girls don’t do math.

I’ve been the teacher with a big vision and no structural support.
The coach is navigating district priorities and classroom realities.
The leader told them to raise scores without raising voices.

I’ve also been the systems thinker who made data usable instead of overwhelming. The coach who redesigned observation tools so that feedback led to measurable growth. The facilitator who helped teams move from conversation to clarity, and from clarity to action.

That lived experience shapes my work.

I believe strong values deserve strong systems. Equity is not a slogan. It’s built into daily practice. Leadership is not positional. It’s operational.

At my core, I help leaders align what they believe with how their schools actually function — so courage shows up in structure, not just intention.

My Approach

  • Curiosity — I start by listening. Every school and leader has a story.

  • Practicality — If it doesn’t help on Monday, it’s not worth doing.

  • Equity-Centered — We build systems that free, not just function.

  • Collaboration — Real change happens with people, not to them.

  • Community — Relationships are the foundation of everything.

If You’re Still Reading…

You’re not here for surface-level solutions.

You’re ready to lead differently, to build math systems that work for every scholar, not just the ones who already thrive.

You don’t need more jargon. You need partnership, clarity, and structures that align with your values.

If that’s the direction you’re heading, let’s build it together.
