What Drives Me:
I’ve been the student who was told girls can’t do math.
I’ve been that teacher with a big vision and no support.
That coach caught between district goals and classroom realities.
That leader told to “raise scores” without raising voices.
I’ve also been the systems thinker who created spreadsheets to make data actually usable. The coach who streamlined observations so they led to real change. The facilitator who helped entire teams see their work more clearly—and do it more confidently.
At my core, I’m about aligning values with systems.
